WGFJ + Tagamet Ceiling Effect To Potentiate Xanax

I have read that cimitedine and WGFJ significantly potentiate alprazolam. I was simply curious if there is a ceiling effect to each. If I drink 3-4 cups of WGFJ will that produce a greater potentiated effect, or does it stop building up at a certain amount? Same goes for tagamet. I typically take 8-12 oz. WGFJ and 400mg tagamet. If i took more (only reason I usually don't is because my grocery budget is limited and I have to conserve) would that be better, or does a ceiling effect apply??
