Wet vs Dry Crack Cocaine Weight

Hi! I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this, but I need to know for sure so that I can either prove or disprove a friend. When crack cocaine is wet doesn't it weigh more than when it's completely dry? Thank you for your time and help!!!

If its good free base then you just need to wipe it off as free base in insoluble in water.

If its got some garbage in it then the garbage may absorb water and this would add weight.

Yes moist crack will weigh more simply due to the fact water has mass. It is not the extra mass that is an issue its the moisture in the pipe ruining the hit that is the issue. I hate that crap in fact I would rather be shorted.
