Wellbutrin + phenibut?

Hi,


My girlfriend is currently taking 150mg of Wellbutrin along with .5mg clonazepam for her anxiety/depression and she was wondering if its safe to substitute phenibut for the clonazepam?


She has plenty of experience with phenibut, but can't find any information about whether its safe to take it with a prescription med.


I'm not sure if this is the right place for this question, but hopefully somebody has some insight

i've tried searching through a few drug interactions checkers and can't find phenibut to add on any of the usual ones i use to check interactions. from what i can gather there are no contraindications but don't take my word on that. hopefully someone who knows a bit more can chime in and confirm or deny that.

failing that i would consult a doctor or pharmacist who will be able to definitively answer it for you.

eta - asked a reliable friend with relative formal education and i can relay that he's quite positive there are none as well.
