Wellbutrin not gettin me high like it use to

I was just prescribed Wellbutrin 75mg 4 daily. but snorting doesn't get me high or euphoric. A few times i snorted Wellbutrin XR 300mg (i believe it was XR), it caused MAJOR euphoria, definetly not placebo, plus it burned my nose pretty bad at first. But the prescribed 75mg wellbutrin doesn't burn my nose or cause any sort of euphoria. Whats up with this!!! (BTW many reports i ive read describe the burning nose and some level of euphoria)
 
Stop now unless you seriously want to fuck yourself up. When I was younger my mother force fed me a fuckton of Wellbutrin. Even enough to cause me to feel a "high" of some sort... However it was not enjoyable in the least.. I hallucinated TERRIBLE THINGS had panic attacks nonstop it was horrid.. I still cant look at white walls without seeing yellow spider webs.. the shit is poison. Don't destroy yourself, and find a drug with recreational value to get high on.
 
Wellbutrin in higher doses can cause seizures so i'd stop trying to get high off it.

its a stimulant so i guess thats the type of drug you're looking for, i'd go for Adderall, Dexedrine, Vyvanse, or Ritalin(Ritalin actually has a very similar mechanism of action compared to Wellbutrin).
 
Crushing up Wellbutrin is a horrible idea, you're just asking to have a seizure. It's a good antidepressant when used correctly (doesn't have the side effects or horrible w/d symptoms that come along with SSRI's), but it's not a drug you should be trying to get high off of.

Many people report that their therapeutic oral doses get them "high" the first week or so that they are on the stuff, but once your system gets used to it the initial euphoria fades. Personally, I never got a buzz from it during the time I was taking it but I'm not very sensitive to the effects of stimulants.
 
Snorting Wellbutrin XR can't cause major euphoria... It has about as much a chance as making you Euphoric as snorting Vitamins does.

You were probably experiencing a very strong "placebo effect" to snorting Wellbutrin before, & for whatever reason your brain's now started to actually realize what effect it does (well, more like doesn't) have.

ive been prescribed it for years and it would never even cross my mind to try snorting it.. so i cant really relate to that lol
 
what i experienced was not placebo. ive doen many drugs and it definetly was euphoria. i felt SUPER CONFIDENT, AN AMAZING FEELING (and burn the fuck out of your at first). but the 75mg dont burn the nose and dont seem to do anything. just curious if someone knows why these aren't getting me high? .......There are many reports of getting euphoria by snorting.
 
I believe it is wellbutrin that can cause one to go into a manic state. I had to stop using it because of this reason. Yea I felt great at times, but I felt so good that I would just say whatever I wanted out loud, since I felt invincible.
