Opioids Well, thought I was going to have a fun night

I haven't taken any opiates in 41 months(thank you federal prison). I ran out of Lyrica bc they only have me 9 days worth instead of 30 like it was supposed to be.

My aunt gets Lyrica so I went and asked. She said she was out of them but she had some oxycontin if I wanted. YES PLEASE! They're only op20s but she gave me 3. I figured I would be feeling great even though they're OPs. It's been about 2hours f on a dead empty stomach and I feel like I might've eaten a 5mg Percocet. 8-( I hope I'm just being impatient or I'm going to be very disappointed.

Next time I guess I'm going to eat 4-5 of the little bastards.

Would taking a few 30mg phenobarbital help?

Would taking "a few 30mg phenobarbital" help? Is the goal to dream permanently? Then yes, they would "help."

Oxy OPs generally suck but taking 3 20mg pills should generally produce better results. Try drinking something acidic- do not mix barbs and opiates. Seriously.. That shit could hit you all at once and seriously suppress your breathing to the point of death.
 
Since the half-life of Phenobarbital is 2-4 days in adults it would pretty much show up on your drug test next tuesday (if they search for Barbiturates which I do not know).
 
Uh... the reason you shit out the whole pills is b/c of the way it is formulated. I worked on in vitro BA studies with non-disintegrating ER tablets for years. They generally work fine.

You shit out a pill ostensibly that has no active in it. Many meds work this way. We used to have people mail us shit out pills to test for potency b/c they were sure that the med was passing right through them - when you take a tablet back to a pharmacy with an efficacy complaint it is sent back to the QC lab that released it to packaging and distribution. I worked in the past in the lab at a generic company. Shitty, we had to test them and they always came up with only small amounts of active (>10 percent) remaining, usually almost N.D.

But... that doesn't mean that's the case with these particular tablets, I suspect some extra oxy may get trapped inside that
"shell" depending upon stomach/intestinal pH. Drinking a soda I think is a good idea. I base this on observations of peoples complaints, but I always suspect tolerance too as the reason it wasn't felt, that and the delayed, slower release. "Transit time" through the stomach into and through the upper GI tract may affect absorbance too - if you have "fast transit" as an ex of mine did, you may need IR meds.

Actually, this is true. This is the entire science upon which the reformulated OxyContin and Opana ER tablets were patented.

Have you ever looked up the inactive ingredients in the time release mechanisms of these medications?? What you learn will quickly lead you to understand why the human body passes the tablet unable to digest it yet able to absorb the contents as it travels through the GI tract.

Is that really the most judicious idea you've come up with? I think taking several dozen 30 mg phenobarbital would do the trick, but a mere few is far too sparing a dose to be of any benefit for your purposes.

Better still, you should also up the dose of oxycontin by at least 6 more pills. Seriously, there's no reason to be so modest and chary when dosing these two kinds of drugs together. Barbiturate and opioid combinations are some of the least dangerous you could ever take! No, really!

Interesting. I've never found an array of intact pills in my fecal matter but then I don't make it a habit to go sifting through shit sooo. That is very veird though.
