Thank you everyone �� I ended up drinking a few beers the then took 40mg of methadone (I only have a slight opiate tolerance) and last but not least some quality bud to smoke I'm noddin a bit lol. Goodnight Bluelight

Sounds like the drugs were nice (would've chosen similar ones myself), might've been more fun with some more people around, no? Or are you more of a loner? That's okay too, I am kind of the same. There's only a few close friends whom I like to celebrate special occasions with. If there are too many people involved that don't belong to my 'inner circle' of friends, it usually fucks with my mood to the point of not being able to enjoy the evening very much. Though sometimes it can be the opposite and the people I didn't know at the beginning of the evening turn out to be really cool, and afterwards end up becoming friends of mine as well.
Usually on birthdays or other special, personal occasions I don't like running the risk of hanging out with people I'm just meeting because they can always turn out to be assholes. So I usually opt to isolate myself, by myself or with my best friend whom I know through and through. And we always have a blast like that. Meeting new folks is what the rest of the year is for.
