Well, I guess it's s start...

Tonight, instead of taking my usual 9 25MG Diphenhydramine pills....I took 1 ambien and 1 remeron....i have such a high tolerance to benzos/non-benzos the ambien won't do anything at all...but the remeron will have my flat out in probably 30 mins...I was scripted 15mg of rem to take at bedtime...but the dreams are crazy and so is the amount of food I eat....so I quit it and stick to anwhere from 175-250mg of benadryl every night.....I don't even think I'm making any sense now and I def didn't put this in the correct forum
