Seyer doesnt seem like the greatest choice. The whole cannabis forum is locked up this morning at his hand and they dont all seem legit.

What were the prerequisites for moderating this discussion forum, besides registering?

If theres a problem, please PM NeighborhoodThreat or Foreigner (CDs Senior Mods) about what you think Im doing wrong.
