Stephen, Melb, 17.. Hardcore BL noobie, read it occasionally for abt 2 yrs.. first post. Just finished high skool and deferring uni, which gives me the opportunity to make up for all the events i missed during my studies..
Big time fan of the Drum N Bass, Jungle and Breakbeats side of thangs, tho i have a soft spot for anything funky and gots a big fat corporate box just for Underworld, especially their Second Toughest In The Infants album (I guess that would be one of my first major electronic music purchases) *sniff*
Last event: Hardware Universe @ Kryal..
First event: Prolly Big Day Out 1999, chemical bros were maaaaad.
Big up to all the peeps out there who leave their attitudes at the door and are down with having a mad time wherever and with whoever they can.

Having been brought up in Canberra, Australia, I was introduced to the wonderful world of pills/raves in Melbourne while studying down there. Have sinced moved back to humble Canberra for uni.

hmm, nice idea this thread is indeed.
it's nice to be able to paddle for a while before climbing up and taking that great big plunge off the high board.
many will not know me, firstly because i come from perth, and lets face it perth, we really aren't that big. (though we do get some damn fine d n b coming through here)
secondly, i am VERY new to the rave scene. i actually first attended a rave in 99, but was slightly put off by the fact that i dropped far, far too much acid, which i have since decided is NOT a rave drug, untill you're comfortably bluelit.
only last year did i start attending a few more, but still just don't go as often as i would like.
anyway, hoping to make it to 2 tribes tonight, so will possibly meet some of these wonderfull people who are so kind as to share their thoughts on this forum.
other information includes the fact that i am a girl, am of the young and (more importantly) easily corruptable age of 17, and have just started uni @ murdoch.

Hi, i'm 2 of Cups, cos I love to play with my tarot cards when I'm high (does e/speed make you feel more psychic?! they do for me!), and that's the card of friendship, love n pleasure *insert awwah here*.

hi ive been a greenlighter for about three months now, im 23 f from melbourne. I enjoy listening to all sorts of electronic music esp john kelly and I actually like NRG (nur peck).
 
peaker my heart just totally skipped a beat...my most recent ex has exactly the same name as you.
But he's not from NZ (although I met him in London) and he hates trance.
