I took 5 80 mg Oxycodone OP's last Wednesday and two on Thursday. Then I slept for almost slept for 24 hours from Friday morning to Sat morning. Then I slept over 24 hours (not straight) from Sunday morning to Monday morning. It was odd that I did not experience any withdrawal symptoms until Monday night, Tuesday morning. Is it possible that my sleeping delayed the withdrawal. I took a urine test today and it came up faintly for Oxycodone, almost a week later. Usually I give myself three of four days and I am totally clean. Any idea why?

There are no drug testing questions allowed, but since you were wondering about withdrawal too I'll breach the gray area and answer.

Most likely it was because you swallowed seven extended release OCs... That's 560mg in two days. With the original formulation of OCs, I am sure you probably broke them up when you ate them in the past, am I right? If you did, they would be more instant release than extended basically, therefore getting out of your system faster. The OPs most likely do not break down into IR much, if at all, when you break them up. That's why it took much longer to reach peak levels in your blood, and still lingered in your system 6 days later which prolonged withdrawals.
