Fuck You, thats why!
Ok so I was prescribed 1mg every 3 days for insomnia and it wasn't doing shit so i decided may as well eat a bunch and get something out of it.Anyways last night I took 6mg and didn't even go to sleep any earlier than my regular time of 3-4am but today I was pleasantly buzzed all day, not a total wreck or anything the odd misstep and being like wheres my plate at supper but other than little things I was totally fine.Is there a reason why it 'kicks in' like this for me? I figured when I took them lastnight I would have been pretty fucked being I don't take them or any RC benzos/thienos/anything else remotely related. The only thing I am prescribed is 100mg Zoloft (Sertraline) daily.

Even drinking on them doesnt do much it more less extends the effects.

So does anyone have a guess as to why they effect me like this or is this normal for some people?

I don't understand what the KPin does for you, you may not have properly explained it. You sorta just said "it kicks in." But I can add this to your thread (reason for my response) which is that Klonopin would be a bad choice of benzo for insomnia. I've used a lot of benzo and also researched them a lot and you'd want something like Xanax for insomnia, Klonopin is more of a long-lasting benzo for treating anxiety.

Clones are probably the last benzo I would consider using for sleep. Seems odd that you were scripted them for insomnia.

For me they seem to take a good couple hours to reach peak, best taken first thing in the morning for day to day anxiety.. or epilepsy.
So yeah.. it's normal.

There's much better options out there for insomnia.. faster acting.. more hypnotic/sedative.

I think Nitrazepam is perfect for sleep, if you can deal with the fogginess in the morning.

He was going to give me Immovane (Zopiclone) which I had before and it didn't work at the regular 7.5mg dose.

Klonopin for sleep seems very strange. A short acting benzo would be best for sleep like xanax, Xanax kicks in fast and you shouldn't feel it in the morning. But I would try ambien before xanax. Xanax can and will fuck up your life. But maybe your body just doesn't metabolize benzos very well.
