Heroin Weird Texture after mixing water with dope?

Hey guys this is my first bluelight thread so if i miss anything with the rules please inform me.

Anyways today i copped some dope from my regular guy who i have coped of numerous times before. Today he sold me some shit he said he didnt get from his usual guy. the stuff was pure white and when mixed with water kinda got to be this gooey white texture. the dope is terrible also I'm not really high either. Any thoughts to what this could be or is it just bunk dope? Also this was the first time he actually gave me like a little clear bag, where he usually gives me a stamp.
 
It's shit. Probably just cut to all hell or maybe not even heroin at all.

As nobody can tell you what was in your dope or ID the substance in its entirety (speculative and not allowed on BL because of that), I'm going to close this.

I'd obviously recommend not copping from that dude again if that's what he starts giving you regularly.
