Weird Pill

So the other night I was at a party **MOD EDIT: No event names, thanks! ~RB** and this dude hands my Girlfriend this flat, round pill (probably the thickness of a penny or less) with this red-brickish color to it. It had no insignia except two lines crossing each other to form an X in the middle that touch either end of the pill.

I have no idea what this is, and can't find any trace of it on Pill Reports.

Any thoughts?
