Opioids Weird pain in my hand from shooting.

Been shootin opiates for 14 years now..All of the suddin I've started get this weird pain in my (Left arm and hand) It feels like needles are poking me for about 30 sec's every once and awhile.. I've always done the best I could with being safe when injecting... Enyone know what's causing this? Or if it's happin to anyone else? It only happins every couple of days when I'm working or just doing whatever..
 
It could be compartment syndrome which is a very serious complication from IV drug use. Check out the links in my signature (specifically the "Correct IV tech" thread) for info on common IV complications. That said, no one here is a doctor, and we can't examine your hand, so this can only result in endless speculation. If you feel tour health is in danger, please see a medical professional as soon as possible.
