weird opium

SWIM got some opium in Malaysia, but its not a plasteline-like thing, more like a brown fluid with some solids in it. Wtf? Any idea what that might be and what to do with that? Im sure thats not a scam, delievery guy is well trusted.

Dark brown fluid in a plastic bag. Hard to say anything more about it
