Hi there,
Sorry for a bit longer post since this cannot be written as one sentence due I have to write also about my past as that will tell how this current nod state is different and also because what happens after the nod state never happened before to me.
I took a year long pause from opioids and from all other CNS drugs except klonopin 0.5mg at evening for my RLS syndrome but then I had to continue to use oxycodone a month ago as my condition got worse and I could not work without huge pain while at work and especially at night when I tried to get some sleep. The pain was 6 during day and 8 to 9 during nights in a scale 1 to 10.
I used 1-2x 10mg Oxycontin twice a fay as prescribed when I first started using it. Recreationally use started quite soon and I managed to save some 10mg pills every few days a week and as our pharmacy system allows us to get the next package three days before our last fill runs out, so I ended up having 15 to 20 extra 10mg Oxycontin every three weeks.
I mostly chase the high on weekends along my normal evening dose and after taking few atarax pills (first gen antihistamines) I took normally two 10mgs orally without crushing so I would not have to worry about any WD like feelings next morning and then started taking my recreational dose which often was two 10mg pills crushed in my mouth (yes we still have old OC formulation here) washed with something citrus based beverage like grapefruit juice or such and took some nice fatty bacon or such.
After that I waited for a while and took another two 10mg pills with the water in where they were soaken for a day and took some more citrus fruit and bacon. Then I sublingually took 1mg klonopin and started to to crush one 10mg so I can have some of it intranasally to as a booster If I don't feel having enough.
After my doc switched me to 20mgs I did same amount of pills so the mgs were doubled.
Reason why I wrote above so specifically is that I wanted to show that I had found a very good way of getting the high hitting me st the same time from all the pills taken in various forms as well as from those benadryl and klonopin. GF juice and bacon were used to help oxycodone to ve absorbed faster. This method of mine was put together from many separate tips I saw here and it was very efficient for me.
Now to the actual point.
I had a very good time with this before and I nodded quite nicely as I used to watch tv and/or listen to th while nodding and I was drifting in and out real world. In one point I was enjoying thenmusic on my sofa and after my eyelids closed pretty much involuntarily I was at the beach talking to a good looking babe and soon I was back at my sofa. This took on for even hours.
Now I am back on 1-2x 10mgs twice a day and I use the same method to take my drugs. I get to that same nodding phase, but as annadded extra when that seems to fade I go to bed or start laying in my sofa comfortably in my blanket and all the sudden it seems like my blanket becomes part of me and if I close my eys and focus to drift out of my body I actually can do that. I am still awake and I feel my feet and arms but I can start to move them in a dream world.
Mostly the environment where I am starts as the room in which I happen to be but after I rise up and go out of a door which may be in other place than were it should be I enter to a completely different place. Up to a some point I can choose or affect where the door leads and I have been on a WWII battlefield fighting nazizombies and it Did not feel as a nightmare since I can do anything in that dreamlike state. Once I was in a Tokyo where girls that looked like manga drawings wanted me to go to a party where we had a good time.
I still hear what happens in a real world and can choose to wake up when I want but it takes sole time until I gain the control of my body members back.
Has anyone else had this kind of feeling after taking oxycodone?
What could cause this as I can't remember never before having anything like this although I have had lucid dreams before too but they are different since I dont sleep while this happens.
Can this be a sign of something dangerous happening in my brains or should I just be lucky?
