Hi guys... this is a bit hard to explain but thought I’d give it a go in the hope of some feedback. It's gotten to the point where I'm worried...
I have been experiencing weird tingly jolts of electric shock sorta feelings (for lack of a better way to explain it!) on the right side of my head, feels like just below the scalp. The pain goes as quickly as it comes but lately it's been lingering for a few seconds more. Sometimes if I tug on my hair it makes the pain come back but not always.
Have noticed them for years I guess but it's becoming really frequent of late. I can still go about my day but I do notice it. It happens most often after a 'big night'.
What do y'all think? Weird, right?

Do a search for "electric shock" in Health Q & A and in Other Drugs. There's heaps of threads around about this.

I have experienced something similar in the past but I wouldnt have described it as painful? More annoying....

MDXX fucks your neck up coz you want to roll it around all night I reckon :)

I think you would be wise to see a massage therapist and/or a chiropractor as this may well be muscular. Its well known that ssri drugs can cause some electric shock type symptoms but it sounds to me more like a musculoskeletal issue
