Hey i just took one 75mg pill of 5-htp with 1 of my multi vitamins. about 10-20 mins after i took it out of the blue my vision got blurry then followed by a massive jaw clamp and fast change of heart rate. my eyes are startin to go every each way and jaw is shaking. i keep getting these moments of total confusion and then snapping out of them a few seconds later. i honestly dont think this my mind playing tricks on me. feels like a really weak peak. has anyone else experienced this?????? i also had about 2 glasses of juice with it. can someone fill me in on what is happening cos ive mixed them before and never got anything out of it and wasn't expecting anything this time.
