Bupe Weird experience with Bupe and Heroin...

Normally I wait about 24hrs before using H and I feel it 100% (I take 4mg of bupe a day).

Anyway, today I decided to test the limits so I loaded up a shot at about 6hrs...Slammed it, and I swear I felt it 100% or damn close to it! The only thing I did before was smoke a little meth, I dunno if that speed up the process or what but Wow, I cant believe i felt it that well...

I'm guessing what they say is right, If you slam heroin you can break through 4mg-or-less.
 
Yes it depends on your tolerance for what dose of bupe you can still use other opioids on, but seems like it worked for you at 4. See 4mg must not cover all off your opioid receptors and left plenty open for the heroin to bind to.
 
When I was Suboxone Maintenance at 8mg/day, I would feel Opana. I know that shouldn't happen, but I would get blasted off of it; nodding, full on euphoria, warm/fuzzy feeling. I wouldn't feel heroin or roxys.

So, like OP, I'd love for someone to chime in on this.

Well in my experience only slamming can break through, anything else is a waste.
 
16mg covers 90% of your receptors, 8 is like 70%, 4 is something less, and after 6 hours, even less, so yeah you should feel it. The half life is 36 hrs, so really it wouldn't be diminished by much in 6 hrs, so 4 probably just leaves enough receptors to feel it.

Yeah your statement makes sense when u think about it.

I've also heard that 4hr-per-mg is a good estimation... So 3mg would be 4hrs+4hrs+4hrs = 12hrs. (For 100% effect)
