Ok so 12 days ago I had a couple pills, half a gram of mandy and half a gram of coke. It's not the first time I've done it but ever since I've not felt 'normal' at all. I seem to have devolved a deep fear of the dark, I imagine a pair of eyes appearing in front of me and it's gotten so intense I can't even leave my bed even to go to the toilet in the night. Also my normal anxieties feel magnified x 100000 I'm a nervous wreck. I'm also having really vivid dreams, wobbly eyes and just generally don't feel normal at all. I've also had an extremely painful water infection ever since. None of this has never happened previously and I'm slightly freaking out in case I've done permanent damage ?? Confused as to why 12 days later I'm having these symptoms! Has anyone experienced any of this? Especially the intense fear, creeping me out sooo badly

A sort of similar thing did happen to me. I did mdma and had an intense fear of having a heart attack. I bring myself to run. I couldn't sleep at night. I couldn't even laugh to hard or I'd panic. I went to the doctor's had a load of tests done and I'm fine. The panic has not entirely gone away. But let's say 4 months ago when it happened I was at 100% anxiety daily now I'm at 10%. What could've happened is you had worn your body out so much and presumably you didn't eat well either.
What you could try is habituation. Gradually bring yourself back into things that worry you. For example I had a fear of having a heart attacked so I'd go out for 20 minute run every now and then. Anxiety takes 14 minutes approx to reach its peak so if you can slowly face your fears a little bit now and then and gradually increase the amount you're doing it. It will probably help. If nothing works see if you can get prescribed some Xanax or something to chill you out.
