Weird dreams after taking 5-HTP

After 2x100 mg of 5-HTP I've woke up in the middle of the night, screaming on the top of my voice. It was the most scary and the most stupid nightmare in my entire life. And it was the first time I screamed while having a nightmare. Kinda freaked out my GF like... a lot.
