Hello i really searched lot of topics on forums like this which can solve my problem but i only found things that i already know. My problem is witch mdma comedown. I know how mdma works and what suplements i need to take. Also that i need good break between rolls and that every person have different reaction and tolerance for drugs.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
At start i must say that my mdma was not 100% pure but it was quality pressed pills from reliable source which i can trust and theese pills contains atleast 80% mdma, 20% was combination of caffeine, paracetamol and probably little of meth.
So first time when I experienced my first comedown from mdma was in august 2014. In august I have taken mdma 3 times. After first time nice afterglow (better mood, empathy, world was better place) for 3 next days. Second time any afterglow or comedown. Third time I experienced rly bad week long comedown which was accompanied with bad mood and very weird tingling in "center of brain but more on left side". 3rd day of this comedown i was so angry that i kicked lamp outside just because my shoes have untied. I said to myself ok i need long break. So next time I took mdma was in november. This time i took 1 pill, had a good time. Next day everything was okay but second day after roll i experienced that bad comedown again.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have taken mdma this friday again. It's first time after 5 months what i think is enough.
This time i haven't any mood changes or angry feelings. First day after roll i had even an afterglow but from second day to today i feel that weird tingling sensation in my head. (I feel as i said earlier somewhere on back left side of brain but it's like in center of my head) I know this is surely caused by mdma and i don't know what is it. It's disturbing because i feel it whole day but i dont mind it when i'm outside and i do something. But in situation like this, I sit in front of computer screen and writing this post, it permanently disturb me and it feels really uncorfomtable. I tried not think on it cause i thought this problem can be only in my mind but it really isn't. My friends (about 5 ppl) are taking theese pills more frequently than me, someone even 2 times a month and they haven't any comedowns. Nor they are taking any suplements.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Every time i rolled I drink about 500ml water in hour, 200 mg magnesium before, 1000mg vitamin C before, zinc and b vitamins before. After roll (when effects are completely down) i take 5 HTP eat lot of food and fruit and also take vitamins.
I don't know anyone who is experiencing theese symptoms like me and i really love the feeling which mdma gives me when i'm with friends on big music festival. I tried doing meth and feeling from meth it's shit when i compare it to mdma so i took meth only 3 times.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Is there something that i can try to fight this comedown ? I don't know if i write all of what i want so maybe I will add some info later.

Okay so you have said before that when doing MDMA the first couple times you've had a good time but after like the 3rd time it just started going down hill... and you do take all the right vitamins and nutrients required to be able to have the fullest effect. Personally its probably because you haven't let your serotonin levels replenish enough since the last time you took the MDMA I think that is why you've felt this way. Also have you been in a positive/upbeat mood before taking the MDMA? I know that is a big factor to having a good time on it.

I was always in great mood with good friends and also I spent next days with theese friends. Yes as you said. My bad comedowns has started after 3rd time. But how long i need to wait to replenish my levels ? After this bad week long comedown i feel absolutely normal again and i took 5 month break between rolls. Isn't that enough ? Why others can eat it like candy every month or two and for me 5 month break isn't enough. I want only know if there is something what can i do to do it more frequently (probably 1 time in three months) without that nasty comedown. But as i said, now i don't have comedown only that weird feeling in brain, but i'm planning go to big summer fest which is at 1 june and i'm affraid of theese side effects.

I would first start with making sure your drugs are as pure as you can manage. In case there are adulterants in there, like you suspect, those are more likely to cause negative after-effects than MDMA itself. Once you have that in order you should notice you feel better afterwards. Everyone reacts differently of course so YMMV. As you say the consequences of abuse can vary wildly, some people roll multiple times a month for years and suffer no after-effects, some people have after-effects right from their first roll. Probably not but to rule out any supplements causing this, you could try rolling without them once. I've heard mixed reviews about 5HTP, ranging from beneficial to causing after-effects. Apart from that I don't think there's much more you can do. How high is your dose usually?

Don't feel bad, every person is different: my friend took nearly twice of what I took, and he's perfectly fine, and I'm in a LTC (long-term-comedown, if you wonder why that means). You can't compare to other people: some brains works differently than others, and some get symtoms, while other are just fine. A friend of mine consumed every week, up to 6 pills per night, and he does not have any particular issues like me. So comparing won't help, your brain is yours :)

My suggestion is that you try to relax: that "sensation" sounds like anxiety. Try to do some sports, be on the sun if possible, eat healthy. I've been drinking some herbal teas that worked nicelly (chamomile, linden).
Another thing that you can try is
St John's wort: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypericum_perforatum, some people had good results with that (myself included :))

Also, if I were you, I'd avoid the substance for at least a year. You did not had problems sleeping, brain zaps or involuntary movement of muscles?

Yes i know it's best not doing mdma for long time but it's rly hard because all of my friends are doing mdma on theese big events and when i'm around them i feel "uncomfortable" when I only drink alcohol for example. I forget to write this but actually yes, I'm experiencing some involuntary movement sometimes. Mostly it's fast movement of face or i do some fast movement with whole head, but this happens only sometimes, one day i don't do any of theese movements and somedays i do this about 8 times per day. And right now I read what are those "brain zaps" and i think that tingling sensation can be brain zap. What does this mean ?

If you had brain zaps like I experienced them I think you'd instantly realise "these are brain zaps". It's more alarming than just a tingling sensation, more like a crackle of electricity shooting through your brain, not painful but pretty alarming, I wouldn't describe it as a tingling sensation. More of a jolt, with an almost audible sound. Do they get worse when you're either about to fall asleep or generally very tired?

Actually yes it's get worse at evening. Right now I feel tired and i feel those "zaps" stronger and my whole left side of face is numb.

Yep; sounds like the same reaction that I got. You need to be patient, there are lots of reports that they will go away in about a year. I'm on month 7 and still suffering them, so... not everyone is the same, tho :)
