Weird adderall side effect?

OK so I have been on adderall for about 3 months or so, they are the 30mg instant releases and within about an hour or two after taking my dose i start to experience kind of an adrenaline rush/anxiety and then also makes me have to go to the bathroom really bad. The solution that I have found is to take a dose of my prescription alprazolam which helps counteract these problems. Also while going to the bathroom it is extremely hard to urinate while on adderall..I do not know if this is normal or if anyone else noticed the same thing?
 
yes it's normal...

At least your dick isn't shrinking too...

I used to be able to tell when I had done too much meth because my shit would shrink and I wouldn't just have to push hard to get it to flow, but sometimes it would hurt to push it to go...

and it's a stimulant...it speeds up your heart, raises your blood pressure, and yes...kickstarts your digestive system...
 
Urinary retention, even when you need to piss quite badly, isn't uncommon when on stims or opies.

Using your two meds together is perfectly safe.

Regarding the energizing buzz (high); are you not taking well to it? Extended Release formulations are available which are "easier" to deal with (but just as effective).
 
Amphetamines also cause dehydration so you may be dehydrated and not realize it.

It's a good idea to have a bottle of water, or a sports drink handy while on amphetamines.

lol thats pretty much what happens..all jokes aside, the "shrinkage" is pretty annoying and gives me so much anxiety that i basically have to pop alprazolam to get rid of the anxiety and doing so kind of "kills" the adderall buzz

also this may sound weird but sometimes i have taken a dose and been sitting down playing video games for maybe 2 hours and when i would get up i would feel real anxious and it seriously would feel like i am ejaculating...sounds funny but i'm being serious and it would be so random (usualyy from sitting to standing up) and thats on like 30mg instant adderall

ever since i started on it, it has been always like this during the peak, that i would get so anxious and have to take an alprazolam to calm me down and make me feel normal
