Excuse my lack of knowledge,
But what's a 3bag of MDMA and how much does it weigh?
Is it the same as a 3ball?

Who knows. A 3 bag doesn't specifically weigh anything until you've actually weighed it. I brought 'grams' which weighed up as 700mg, so yeah.
