since i've been clean (ie, not doing a gram of coke/day, quit smoking and began EATING) *gasp* i've put on some extra weight, roughly 15 lbs.
i was still working out 4-5 times/week but not really seeing results.
with the help of my old friend hydroxycut (ephedrine), i've successfully decreased my weight by 10 lbs in the past two weeks.
tip: the quicker you loose the weight, the quicker you'll gain it back. i'm sure once i stop taking the hyrdoxycut, i'm going to balloon up again, but fuck - it's summer.
