I finally got a scale to weigh all sorts of things..its a jewelry scale but i dont have many watches or gold ;)
it has a few different types of settings like
grams
ounces
OZT-
DWT
CT
GN

if i ever happen to come across some powder mdma how should i go about weighing it
the scale on grams reads 00.00
so would it be 00.10=1mg?
or should i be using the GN setting as in grain weight. and if someone could also explain that to me. wherever i read about it on the web didnt do so well.
 
^Is this a joke I don't get? Doesn't .10 mean 1/10 of a gram? A gram being 1000mg? So 1000mg/10mg = 100mg?
 
Jewellery/Gold scales tend to be fairly accurate. Have you tried looking online for some info. My guess would be that .10 would equal 100mg. Try weighing something light, does it only go up in increments of .10 .20 .30 etc?
 
Just use the gram setting...

10.00g = 10 grams (10,000mg)

01.00g = 1 gram (1,000mg)

00.10g = 100 milligrams

00.01g = 10 milligrams

well i was weighing some my of friends salvia and as i slowly poured it on it went up .04 all the way to .25 which was all of it..
im sure if i had a more fine substance..like powdered sugar it would be more accurate..because i weighed the same amount over and over and got different results but still close to .25 got .23... .24... and so on
but it will read .0x

not you lol, me. Hence why i told you the wrong thing and then stuck my foot in my mouth by acting like it was so easy to understand. :p
