^ It was too large me thinks.

I was really unhappy with my pic that I took for this time. I forgot I had the camera underexposed by a full stop, didn't fix it and couldn't be arsed doing it again because I looked like such a wierdo with people driving past. But in any case I live out in the sticks, not much street friendly scenes here so I doubt I would have won anyway.

I voted for thujone, a fabulous photo! Finder was a worthy second place yet no place submission.

I predicted a lot of highway, city street type of shots this round, but phrozen went a different route and took "street" to show a slummy urban street scene. My vote goes there just for the great variation from the norm.

I voted for johnmortons desert pic, i love the sense of isolation and the feeling of handing over all your power to nature and it's elements.

Close for me was dtergent and thujone, but everyone did awesome!

the picture from dtergent was the one that really grabbed my attention from the beginning and after not looking at them for awhile it's still the one that held onto me. great submissions all around this time though; that was a tough decision. Neck and neck right now.

the picture was taken in bolivia on the big salt lakes in the south-west of the country; almost 12,000 feet above sea level; really beautiful area, although i wouldn't want to live there

hey thanks, i got lucky with the exposure myself though... the next one was overexposed though i only held the shutter for a moment longer. thanks for the votes (and belated vote woot). congrats Dtergent lolz
