Television Weeds

The first time they talked he said she could either 'work with him or against him' <wink wink> and she refused. The second time she decided to negotiate and had sex with him (which IMO is why he was surprised, she refused him at first) he kicked (or had kicked) the robbers ass and had him return the drugs because of his protection.

Anyways, no matter what I wouldn't put my life and my childrens at risk selling drugs. I could handle a small apartment and meager living style, I could not however handle being locked up away from my children in jail or dead.

Check your InDemand, it's in the showtime section. Episode 8.

finally watched the first episode last week....then i watched all the rest of the episodes last night.

i totally dig it. i <3 the celia character and her husband.

doug rules and andy is psychotic.

after watching the first season i think it's a fairly decent show and that it's juts going to get better!

No, she was cohersed into it... Remember his whole 'ultimadum' where she had to sleep with him in order to keep the peace/her territory ? I got nothing against horny milfs, but when they got kids and are running an illicit business with DANGEROUS people (that was the episode she got robbed also, btw...) she is not only putting herself in danger but her kids as well and that ain't fucking cool.

Of course I realize it's just TV, does that somehow mean that I can't have an oppinion about one of the characters and the bad light the media/she reflects on people who sell pot?

What are you talking about??? The woman was horny as hell, she fucked him and even made sure he knew it was for pleasure(hers) and not business...

More power to her=D

ok, it is back and soooo good. the second episode was predictable, as she started her rant to him, but it was still awesome.

season 2 rocks, couldnt wait so i had to download the next couple episodes, wild shit pops off, funniest show on tv imo.

yeah me 2 I dont have showtime and I dont feel like paying xtra $$ just to watch this one show TIA

BUMP! Weeds Season 2 Episode 6.. .. easily one of the funniest episodes yet heh.

Rabbinical school Israeli teacher (which might I add is smoking hot) takes on Andy with a massive black dildo.

Check out isohunt for eps :)

yes ^ that was pretty darn funny

i stayed away from he show when everyone told me i would like it... had no time. then i was stuck sick in bed and showtime had all of last season ondemand.
im all caught upo now. my only fault for the show is really... they are so damn short every week

i totally agree w/ frizz's comments from way back when. the portrayal of the black family is appalling if you take it too seriously. the show is also kind of lazily written. i actually sort of like the premise, as absurd as it is, but i feel like there's something missing. i havent seen any of season 2 but hopefully it will deliver a little more substance [pun intended]

Yeah Frizz is right, the show just is appalling to minorities and also to women( the women are either bad mothers, cheating wifes or just pittyful)...

And they have this annoying thing where they end each episode with this big climax but then at the begining of the new eposide that big climax is hurried and just doesn't seem so big and all you are doing is waiting for the end to see what the next big climax is.

great episode tonight!

yes, nancy is incredibly over-dramatic sometimes, but anytime kevin nealon is on, all is forgotten. same with celia hodes. the relationship between she and her daughter is great! the husband's contempt for her- also great!

nancy's brother-in-law is good, too. i like him in smaller doses, though. she needs to tightern up her son, silas, as well. he needs a beatin'.

i've loved martin donovan ever since "the opposite of sex".

Celia's daughter is a good female character; she shows what a terrible mother Celia is.
