The trick is to quantify the dose so you know how much your eating exactly. No guess work. If a cookie contains an activated half gram then that's the dose per cookie per batch of cookies. This way you can eat a quarter of a cookie and know an exact low dose. If a quarter of a gram works comfortably then you know you only need a half a cookie to be your dose. If a nibble of a cookie puts on a comfortable hum an hour later then this can only be good.
