yo dude. i used to have all the same symptoms. first off its because you got too high, second is all of those symptoms are DIRECTLY caused by the weedanxiety/anxiety, weed has this wierd thing and itll do that to you.
luckily this doesnt happen to me anymore unless i get awesomely stoned.

Not trying to disagree with what some others have said, but sounds an awful lot like anxiety to me. Sounds like you're on the verge of a panic attack, which is many times worse too. I went through the exact same symptoms that you're experiencing. Are there any new stresses in your life? (this will not usually be as easily noticeable as it seems, everyone thinks they're doing fine...). This is exactly why I can't smoke much anymore. Either get you're head straightened out with whatever may be subconsciously causing anxiety, or keep some benzos on hand to quickly kill the feeling.
I try not to take them all the time, I just try to smoke less at a time, a few hits get me good now. I do keep them around though because if you have a full on panic attack, you will think that you're dying, it really feels that horrible. Those muscle tremmors will get stupid strong, those painful feelings could reach throughout your body, you will feel unable to breathe and you chest will hurt. You could develop shock symptoms too. I have seen others go through this as well, everyone thinks they're having a heart attack, but it's suprising how quickly benzos will put a stop to it.

I used to be a daily (all day) smoker but now i rarely smoke more than once or twice a week, it sucks. OR, you could just take a break like everyone else said, which isn't a horrible idea (but who wants to do that?)
Good luck man, hope you can get over this

Thanks everyone for the help!

I really am thinking it is anxiety though. I am 5'11 160lbs. Not overweight. I eat normally and everything. If I have someone massage my neck it induces the anxiety because my neck and shoulder feel stiff.

And yes, I have had a panic attack from this. It was terrible. I kept saying I needed to go to the hospital and was dry heaving. Finally had a cup of water but through it all up (This was about three months ago). There is somewhat stress in my life. My Bi-Polar brother who is psycotic is back living in the house for a bit. I am not home anymore and stay with friends. Would be nice to see my family (I am 18.) But this was happening before hand.

You guys have been really helpful. I have started exercising each morning/afternoon/ and right before bed for about 15 minutes. Plus I am a DDR/ITG player.

There is nothing wrong with my Heart or Lungs. I had an EKG and everything checked out great.

I get the throbbing head pain also. Do you take stimulants, anti-depressants, anti-psychotics, or mood stabilizers? Because I take all 4 and I feel that one of those is the culprit.

Nokeo, I agree that I think the anxiety is what's getting you, all those physical symptoms seem like the type that manifest from feeling anxious. I feel like sometimes the headache is just a side effect of smoking pot over a period of time (by evening if you've been blazing since you got up), but I know weed causes anxiety for a lot of people. Maybe try a chiropractor for the neck and shoulder? Has done wonders for my back, and is affordable.

I used to get some of the above mainly tight chest when I smoke buckets I honestly panicked so bad that I only smoke joints on Sunday now and I find I get slot more stoned ( I used to smoke an 1/8 a day)

i really don't think it's the weed that is causing these symptoms. i would defiantly see a doctor. hope its nothing serious.

I felt the same way last weekend I thought I was dieing and I have been smoking for 12 years+ just started feeling like that.....:(
