I guess only you could say. It's pretty much regarded as safe but some people get a very high heart-rate from DXM and I wouldn't chance adding weed on top of it myself.

Speaking from a simple enjoyment standpoint, smoking while using dxm will increase the weightless that one feels when on dxm. Lay down and put music on, keep yourself hydrated and calm and your heart rate should be alright.

for me personally i usually have to smoke some weed after a chug a bottle down.
weed and about 5 antacids are the only thing that's stopping the cough syrup and whatever i had to eat that day from coming back up.
but i just smoke a little bit so the nausia goes away. i'm sure that if u smoked a big fattie u can change what the robotrip is gonna be like.

Well... I think you'd be better off trying DXM by itself first. If you already have and don't experience the increased heart rate that some people do then go for it... I'm one of the lucky ones with a healthy enough heart and I love mixing the two... they go together well. Happy Tripping.
