i do understand the basic principles for sure. what bugs me is when i hit jackpot it is complete bingo, like last time i did it, and thats what i always used to be like in the late 80's, 100 per cent bingo everytime, now it takes two months of trial and error to come across one thing that can do that, im not complaining i never expected it at all and was completley taken a back, i never thought id say yes ive found it again, the annoying thing is, im aware everything else is md'ish as well, im not silly.

this was happening in the 90's as well a bit from time to time, i do blame some synth routes or shoddy workmanship. it might not be something your average mdma dealer or producer wants to hear, im sure theyd want people like me gagged, but cest la vie
 
for someone who finds the debate boring, you certainly seem interested by it, mate.

So you're telling me that actually people in the club were hugging each other; people in the seating areas were giving each other massages; people were really letting go on the dancefloor; and people were walking around with big ecstasy smiles on their faces? I guess the piperazine pill I was on must have affected my vision so much that I just didn't see any of these things 8)

I cannot source lab-tested MDMA. All of the dealers I know sell garbage pills and garbage crystal, so what's the point in me buying their stuff before I go to the club? Although as it happens, it wasn't me who bought the 'white mitsubishi' - it was my mate. We were both struggling to find dealers in the club, but then I went outside for a ciggy, and during that time my mate bought 2 white mitsubishis :(
 
undoubtedly club atmsopheres are nothing like they were mid to late nineties. There can only be one reason, these current synths are half-assed. Even your pupils don't fully dilate on them . the pink diamonds made me an my mate almost fall asleep. What a fuckin joke. Anyone who remembers those times understands. Funny how most who argue this actually are factually invalid, seeing as they never tried the old school beans. mdma is mdma - yea, that's why there's such a huge debate still raging. Don't see this shit with other drugs - only mdma. hmmm.
 
thats because its a synthetic lab job and theyve changed there working methods, old skool people no that, they feel it when they take it, unfortunatley most people do not or dont have the experience, they retired a very long time ago

the whole character of the drug is vastly changing until its something not even relevant anymore, some have argued its just a little difference, id disagree, in alot of cases its bordering on frankstein in comparrison in feeling, there is the odd one or two suprises though im sure, i no there is one defo, and i hope there is many more around right now or to come, i guess ill find out this weekend :)
 
I don't know what's so difficult to believe about (What's sold as) ecstasy not feeling the same. I know mdma is mdma, as a molecule. But fuck, all the pills and mdma I've had over the last year or so I have felt zero love. why would anyone want to admit that?
 
Look lads i know there is a difference in some pills that are TESTED as mdma but there are deffo pills that feel like they did 10 years ago. Seek them out and take them and stop going round in circles. %)

The debate is boring but the spread of misinformation and drug myths go against the ethos of bluelight and harm reduction plus i'm easy to draw into debate.

My comment was somewhat tongue in cheek, I think a general change of attitude and fall in the popularity of MDMA during the drought are responsible for the change in people's behaviour/appearance in this case. Also could be the change of your general scene, it's like me claiming that there can't be any MDMA about because people are no longer wearing dungarees and sucking on dummies? ;).
As much as I dislike the music the psytrance scene just has plain better quality drugs than a lot of scenes. You will see all the sights you mention above at the nights. I think a lot of the loved up crowd will be drawn to/growing up in this scene now rather than the traditional trance scene. Pity the music is horrible haha.

There's a "huge debate" with a very vocal minority vs everyone else as far as I can see. The same debate happens about every drug from speed to heroin to lsd, I've seen it about just about any drug going in my time on this board it happens when good old nostalgia kicks in.

I am not saying that there is no shit MDMA/pills going about, just that there is MDMA about that is as good as it has been since 1912 and that just because people aren't getting it personally they shouldn't assume the same is the case for everyone else, it's extremely patronising.

i agree u cant blame people for being knarked though, to seek them out there sucked into shitty cosumerism playing russian roullete until they hit jackpot again, it gets boring and predictable, i do not blame anyone for losing patience.

me on the ther hand i am relativley happy cause i do no it does exist, but im happy supporting us old skool bunnies cause what they say is 100 per cent true, they do not have brain damage, or lost the magic etc etc, in f act i find those kind of accusations highly insulting, and i dont blame them for feeling the same.

and i defo dont have brain damage or im not the nut job eccentric as rewind 4 weeks minus one day i had a flashback to 1989 for one morning, was wicked =D

I know its frustrating trying to educate folk that have not had the pleasure of the full xtc experience mate but fuck them and seek out the good stuff and relive life as a teen again.
