Love all these stories!

MOP I noticed that many of the old sets from Shelly's, The Hacienda, Twillos etc from '89-93 from the likes of Sasha, Digweed etc are on Usenet. I downloaded some myself earlier for curiosity!

The way I got them is with a Giganews subscription and Newsleecher client (then used supersearch feature). If this is too complicated I might be able to upload a few for you to sample
 
I will get my son to check it out pal because I'm fucking useless with this new fangled technology stuff. I just know a little to get by.
Oh and the stories I'll trickle 'em in now and again. It's nearly as much fun sharing them as doing them! Just wait til we get to the one when I lost the plot in the hacienda and thought everyone was a CID officer. Then there was the one in the Dam where I was wondering around a carpark at night with one shoe off wondering why I could hear voices.

but seriousley you need to start making your own capsules, if you are fed up of the people making them, dont buy them, get yourself some mdma, get yourself some caffeine, im not sure where the mda is gonna come from though its not really about at all at the moment, maybe try some 2cb or ket i dunno.

anyone used to go to "South Club" in deansgate manchester thats just opened?? went to an after party there last friday from 5-8 after warehouse had finished.. it was interesting, cant remember much of it apart from they have like mirrors on all 3 walls and the ceiling in the small cubiciles, freaked me out for a bit thought i was standing upside down and trying to push the mirror to open the door, im sure theyve done it on purpose. Also a cubicle has a wooden door and an orange light, thought id walked into a sauna a few times. my manager said its been there for a good few years, its just reopened with a new sound system though.... to get in though you have to let them take ur ID away and scan it and do all this other wierd stuff...... got laughed at when i tried to give him my hand to scan, and then laughed at again when led out by my arm like a lost child at 8am hmmm

I didn't come on here just to complain although it might have come across like that at first.
On the whole I think most people are sound on here and I seem to be heading in the right direction to what I want.

Yeah I unfortuantley live there, so its not so avoidable. I used to go out there when I was about 15, a few pints of tar in the oldest place we could find. Now its just an utter shit hole, theres actually not one place that is even bearable to go out to in stockport centre.
 
Unfortunately I missed out on the 88-92 scene as I was a bit scared to take e, first dropped a PT in 94, everyone said they were the best going, but all I got was a stoned/nervous feeling for about an hour. My mate had 2 though and said he was fucked. After that I did a few doves which were fairly weak (not 1991 doves I very much doubt) and for about a year the only pills going around Bradford/Leeds seemed to be black Russians (not MDMA, prob ket and speed) love hearts (very mildly speedy, no MDMA) and very speedy diamonds.One night after a dodgy pill I quit for years.
Then in 96 was given more weak doves, but my friends started doing dollars, immaculately pressed pills they were too. They seemed to be insanely strong, so i gave them a miss.
First real pills I had were in 97.. Rolexes, 1st batch of mitzubishes, question marks(riddlers) and a pink superman in Miami 2002(most amazing euphoric pill ever, but a very dodgy 1 week comedown ?????)
my point is pills weren't always that great back in the day.Maybe I was just unlucky? and regret missing out on the 91 doves, new yorkers, dennis etc
 
i didnt like the dennis the menace at all. or the brown disco biscuits come to think of it. new yorkers on the other hand were nice :P
 
I must say I'm still chuckling to myself about this retirement lounge.
I wonder what Sasha Shulgin would make of it?
He was born June 17th 1925 and left school at 19 to join the US navy and served on a ship in the 2nd World War, brave man!
In 1954 at the age of 29 he gained his phd in biochemistry, clever man!
In the late 50's, his early 30's he had his first encounter with mescaline which changed his life forever and set him on track for his amazing discoverys.
A student at his University introduced him to MDMA in 1967 which would of made him 42. He would then go on to form his own new synthesis method and introduced it to his friend Leo Zeff in 1976. That would make him 51 at the time.
As everyone knows he would have been deep into testing his creations at the time.
Then at the age of 54 he met his wife Anne and had lots of fun tasting his chemicals with her mainly in the bedroom as you will read if you purchase his excellent book PIHKAL which was released in 1992 which would have made him 67.
Even at this tender age he was still going strong no matter if he was on or well above baseline(and I bet still in the bedroom too)
He's 85 now and recovering from a stroke and I bet he would still give some of us young 'uns a good run for our money!
Retire! Compared to that brilliant lovely guy, I've not even been born yet!

no it appears im never satisfied, lol. ive always been the same :Z . some do it, and some dont. and its ironic the club that i used to go tos logo was that of a black and red capsule try working that one out? did em once or twice for benefit of doubt and left it at that

well, i think its pretty apprent that i genuinley prefer phantasy over ecstacy, although i could question being on crystal about 3 or 4 years ago in brighton, and that hit the spot for me. these debates just go round in cricles. some people will always just agree to differ at the end of the day i guess
 
so how come you guys are only on at the same time be it the middle of the day or 5am, do you call each other up and arrange a "let's reminisce about the old days on the internet" session?
 
lol, no. hey the first time i started talking to him was due to some of the intersting things hed been saying in here, and dare i say his name. it speaks volumes
