We need age requirements to post on pillreports

I don't know about the rest of you but it irks me to see kids reporting on pills they took while their parents were downstairs. How in the hell can someone give an accurate report under those circumstances? Another thing, if you cannot properly spell please refrain from reporting. :!

Hey dont just say "its a crap report we should go blame the little kids." Many kids can post up a good report and many adults can also post up crap reports. Age does not play a roll (no pun intended) in this. Just let someone post up some bad reports. Than if you see a bad report just post a comment politely asking for more info (and be specific in what to add because obviously they dont know what they need to add.) If they dont post and get helpful comments how do you expect them to get better at reporting?

Plus repeatedly I see reports bad/mediocre get bombarded with completly negative comments filled with insults and swears. Really do you expect someone to even listen to what someone suggests when their comments are filled with hate?

We do not practice age discrimination.

I've seen adults write reports like a 4th grader, and teenagers that write reports like a Ph.D. It goes both ways.

I agree about the hateful comments, they are totally unnecessary. I try to edit/remove when appropriate.

Nah such would require a database of some sort. Would you be willing to succumb to some type of identification on a website which in America anyway
is watched by LE at best?

It could be done without a database, just by getting people to input their DoB when they make a report and do this everytime.
Whether or not this would harm the site is another matter.

I'm sure RB and the other mods would appreciate it if you let them know about bad reports/comments.

While PR is not BL, and we don't run it, I agree 100% with what RB has said in this thread. Both sites obviously want quality posts, but restrictions based on age, IMO, are not the way to achieve this (besides - if 14 year olds are taking pills, we need to read their reports. Also, I'd rather 14 year olds knew about PR and BL than that they were ignorant).
