Not that good - some very poor dropped catches. We won't know truly how good it is until we come to bat and with the pitch turning I can't see us getting up to 300, can you? Not with Ajmal spinning our batsmen round in circles.
 
True but in contrast to the first test optimism is called for.
Wickets will at least give something for the english batsmen to aim for. last game was a loosener and we may find a way to manage ajmal.

I'm still listening to TMS atm but when i go to my Ma's n have Broadband it will be nice to see some of the test.

As i was posting this they were talkin about illegal streaming being the biggest threat to Tst Cricket or something alon those lines.

You know how Blowers goeson a about the Buses when at Lords?

Well in Dubai he has got a birdseye view of a road that is oft used for cement trucks n other banal things but he has mangaed to incorporate it in to his unique commentary n make it very intruiging , i feel like i'm their!!

Pakistan made a big fuk up not refering Trott when he was plum out on 22 they have know used their referals in a desperate way and i think this decision could be huge in the context of the whole Test Match

You gotta love Blowers with his banal observations! My dear old thing! TMS has been a love of my life for a long time now! I always used to listen to it on Radio 4 LW and so the shipping forecast used to be the bane of my life. I had to hunt around for ages to get me a cheap radio that had long wave on it! Now I stream the cricket but have TMS on in the background - that way if summat exciting happens you get to hear it on TMS first then you can concentrate on the stream to see it.
 
Jesus, what's going on England??? As I type we're 60-5!! Rubbish...

EDIT - 68-7....we're gonna lose this like complete chumps.

Fucks sake we should have won that. Our bowling has been great but batting has been total dogshit in both tests of this series.

when he said it i was actually wishing i had an online bookies acct as i would have had a £10 on Pakistan i thought what with it being a good pitch for spin n our inability to play spin it might conspire in a Paki win not a complete trouncing mind.

I sat there and watched it. When we were only 20 runs from 18 overs or whatever you just knew they were gonna fuck it up. It was soooo negative. Number 1 my arse!
 
That's more like it excellent bowling if we can get Misbah (their best batsman imo ) we could be batting today .

Going slightly better this time round although KP & co could still undo all the bowlers hard work like they did in the last two
 
He's made Bopara look like good , i would have had Bopara in for him at least he can bowl a bit n might be usefull in the conditions if only for that .

Morgan is useless so far this series.
Never a test player , one day player clearly out of his depth.
He got his top score today 10.

Well you ought to cos it's worth seeing just for the scenery .

I love Sri Lanka . Galle especially what a fantastic cricket ground right on the coast beautiful.

yeah when i went it 2007 it was not long after the tsunami .

We have never won a series over their.

You either got Murali'd or Vaas'd n then MH N KS would show you how to bat :D

The two of them for me go down as th ebest of our generation .
N all those fuknobs that said Murali won matches on his own WRONG Vaas probably the best swing bowler in tests n 1dayers ever n i don't say that lightly . When i say swing i mean bowling 75/83mph proper old skool swing not fast bowlers that can swing the ball .
I'm talkin bout bowlers that made it talk without being able to get up in the 90's a la Akram
