Absolute belter of a game today, shame we lost.

Our batting is pretty poor, so many people out before reaching double figures.
We were a player short because of family emergency and were all out for 112 after 20 overs. Once again I wasn't out and got second highest score of 26.

Bowling was devastating. 3 for 33 off 7 overs, but fuck me my speed and swing has come a long way since two weeks ago after having a break. Reverse swing yorker for LBW was my best wicket :) First time I've ever bowled reverse swing.

Dropped a catch though... :( Sun was in my eyes!
 
Fuck.

Tore a muscle 2 weeks ago so I thought a 2 week break would be fine. Could only bowl 1 over today.

Gotta splash out on a physio :(
 
It's back, the best thread on EADD ever!!! :)

Good start for England v the Saffas, but could possibly be a bit better. Especially if we get Kallis soon.

It's a common error i make. I should have bought SA runs when I made that post.

We need Freddie and a dodgy sightscreen!

Fuck knows why we went with 3 front line seamers instead of 4. That tactic only works if you bat first and put on a mammoth score. Yet we won the toss...and elected to bowl! England are always too negative. :(
 
True getting Smith is always good - he's a pugnacious fucker - wish he played for England - it's not like he's the wrong nationality or anything.

Well 262 isnt much of a score...but then 4 down is not exactly exciting either. I've not seen any of it on telly or listened to TMS though.
