Benzos WD's allready?

Detoxed from the heroin over the weekend with a mixture of diazapam , temazapem and ketamine. But question is, could I now be getting mild WD's from the benzos, I took about 60 10mgs Vallies and 25 30mg Temazies. I actually managed to sleep last night for the first time since Thursday, I know it doesn't sound alot but is it enough to give me slight WD's of benzos cause I sure don't feel normal. But I feel alottttttttt better. I've got 1 10mg left, was gunna take half and see if that made any difference? Is it the resisidual benzos making me feel abit shitty etc?

Coming off of benzos and ketamine at the same time probably won't feel all that great. Yeah, the amount of benzos you went through might cause mild WD's. However you weren't on the benzos for too long.

Ketamine can also make you feel "meh"-ish after you've done enough. With time you'll come around and feel like yourself again though.

I get RLS from opiate WD..not sure about the benzos.

^both cause RLS. My money would be on the opioid withdrawal but if you've ever had benzo physical dependency, less will re-trigger it. If not, coming off the amount you are probably isn't helping the opioid withdrawal-induced RLS.

I doubt it's from the benzo's. Yes, you took a lot, but I often believe time of use is more important than amount of use in determining addiction

I've never had to "come off" of benzos (I don't use them that often at all), but if I have used ketamine for a few days in a row, in not very high doses compared to what some people go through, then I probably only need 12-18 hours to get back to feeling normal.

If you binge kind of hard on ketamine, it could take a few days to get back to feeling normal. If you were addicted to it, I have no idea because I certainly have never been addicted to it, and haven't heard of many people having a hardcore addiction to it.

About 9 to 12 months after I quit using heroin, I am pretty sure I was done with PAWS. I was on Suboxone the whole time. If you don't go through PAWS, then it shouldn't take you that long at all.

Oh god I forgot about PAWs .Let the horror commence, allready got a text of a guy saying ' back on ', must resisttttttttttttttttt . Thankfull spent all my money, was only a two month H binge this time and last time I did that PAWS lasted about week/2 week thankfully. Couldn't imagine a long term user having to put up with that feeling for months and months .

Haha, it's not that bad because it's eventually over if you wait it out.

2 months on heroin isn't too long though, I think you'll be all right within a total of 3-4 weeks tops.

no man the benzos help u a lot
the withdrawl symptoms last 5 days for heroin
i know u fill like shit the keamine and if u can find something like lonargal (codeine 30+paracetamul) u r ok

How can you say you've gone through any withdrawl if you've been on Suboxone?
That is the whole point of Suboxone- to keep you out of withdrawls..
I don't believe you've been through acute w/ds nor PAWS.

Woops, went out and bought a nice big <snip> bag . Only money i've got, so just had 2 lines and it's taken away the restless legs and I feel fine, will make this bag last at least 2 days ( he says ) nah but I reckon it will if i'm honest. Gunna sleep now for first time in days, and only smoke one or two lines when neccesary, so should be fine ( I hope ) Kinda like a H taper I guess . Got myself a doctors before appointment on Wed see what he says, and maybe try blag a benzo script saying i'm addicted .

It's a pain though cause I just moved city, and back where I was I was in a proper drug clinic so could get put on a script anytime just dunno where that is in this city, so maybe doctor will help with that also.
