I was chatting to a friend who was saying that when ever you click/pop your joints this is the body's way of correcting itself.
He says moving your head in a circular motion until your neck clicks aligns your spine straight, also moving the shoulders until they click and doing circles with each leg up to your chest with your legs makes your posture better.
I just want to know what you lot think as I know it makes sense logically but im skeptical and can some people state some other good ways to improve your posture. cheers.
