Ways to calm yourself down while opiate raging?

Dont recommend dangerous combinations.

I don't think telling people to combat the negative effects of opiates by taking benzos is in the interests of harm-reduction lol

Hahah i remember my friend would always get like that after he snorted some oxy. I would be like "but don't you feel good?" and he'd be like "yeah, but everyone's fucking annoying" and he would snap at me and my friend when we were driving around. It's actually pretty interesting, I'd like to know what causes this, especially if opiates are supposed to be so damn euphoric.
I can get like that and I would describe it as my brain is sort of racing. Any outside interference, especially when I'm driving and listening to a song on the radio, is sooooo annoying. I can't handle anyone trying to talk to me then. Or watching TV and I'm really engrossed in a show, please do not talk to me. It's like my brain can't handle more than one thing. Does that make sense?

have another cigarette.

This usually works for me simply because it gets me out of the situation and onto the front porch by myself. I don't like to be disturbed when I'm high, it pisses me off and makes me feel like the person talking to me is going to ruin my high. Like I'll get up and do my shot of dope and then my mom will come and start babytalking to my dog and I could literally slap her it pisses me off so goddamned bad. My friends would always know when I had taken opiates the day before in high school cause I'd be a pissy little bitch the next day. I don't know if maybe it has something to do with me being bipolar but opiates definitely give me strong mood swings, often including rage.
