ways to avoid cigarette cravings while on opiates

i love opiates/opiods, however i hate that urge to smoke 1,2,3,4,5 cigarettes in a row while high. does anyone know any ways to lessen the cravings while high on oxy morphine ect.

I'm not a cig smoker but you could smoke something else like some weed, and maybe the sensation of just smoking something will be enough to get you by.

ive tried an e cig but it just doesnt boost my high like real burning tobacco does and ganja tends to kill an oxy buzz for me but i love it with morphine
