Opioids Watson 25mcg Gel Fentanyl Patch

What would be the best way to get immediate effect on my 25mcg Watson gel patches? I have been cutting them, getting all the gel out and putting them on cotton swabs/wraps folding them and putting it under my tongue for 30 minutes sublingual and drinking or eating 30 minutes after. This method worked great the first time, but seems to not be working that great... I have UTFSE so please don't say that haha. Just looking for a better method n or improve my current method since I don't want to take too much gel out by using another patch n OD. I have a very high tolerance so I don't think that would be a problem.


I just did one patch like the method above n applied a new patch on my chest. I'm thinking about doing another sublingual, but should I continue putting it on cotton or just put the gel under my tongue?

I meant gauze when I said I put it on cotton haha. I'm doing another patch. Just got my scirpt in so I'll have several to spare. I'm prescribed 25mcg every 48hrs n get refils of that n my oxycodone 20 IR every 2 weeks. Also Xanax 2mg 90 a month haha.
 
Are these the patches that have the matrix pattern so the gel cannot be removed for injection? I've only used those sort, which I would cut into sixteenths and slowly chew on one strip every few hours. If they are not the matrix pattern, this could be fatal (too much gel in the cut portion, gel leaking out, dose dumping, etc).
 
These fentanyl patches are highly addictive. Just be careful, fent is very strong

Fentanyl provided the hardest nod of my life, but the strange thing about it is that the euphoria is quite dulled. Interestingly, I found that I liked that feeling more so than the typical euphoria oxycodone or hydromorphone brings.
 
They are the gel kind. I've found you can also smoke the gel (only a small/tiny ass dot) but it doesn't last long. I find cutting an end of the patch, using a card scrape the patch to get the gel out onto some gauze and place the gauze under the tongue (sublingual) the effects come on sorta quick (I leave it under the tongue for 30min without swallowing). I've noticed it takes a while it for it to start peaking, but the effect last a good 18 hours at least.

Yes fentanyl is highly addictive and also shouldn't be taken unless you have a tolerance to opioids. This is all based on my experience with the fentanyl gel. Like I have stated I have a very high tolerance to opiates. I've done 2 25mcg patches as stated sublingual and have placed one patch on transdermal. I don't recommend anyone to do this unless you have a high tolerance and also have self control since they are highly addictive.
