Watery eyes achy knees and depressed , two days off Kratom..what things help could you remind. ? I dont want to get anytging that wil backtrack me but i cant sit and feel like shit for how long , have got left hand damaged nerve condition that bugs me its actually coming from the neck area .any doctors? I m done with these shit .opiates stop my body from healing all symptoms flare up afterwards so . But i i dont have energy to go out . All i have is magnesium vitamin c and outdated st johns wrt pills.
 
I would consider these by far the best, I wouldn't want to quit kratom without it:

Black seed oil - helps tremendously for the depression and some of the withdrawal symptoms
Agmatine - helps with some of the withdrawal symptoms and cold feet/hands (cold feet was super annoying in kratom wds for me)
Magnesium glycinate / magnesium taurate - better than regular/elemental magnesium

I would also recommend:
Ashwaganda / kava / l-theanine / DXM / Valerian / 5-HTP

I have a bunch of that ..i have magnesium too but i doubt it helps significantly..this kratom thing is the tail end of a many year opiate binge , the psychological pressure of having to gget used to no drugs is bringing old stuff up like my ex gf. And other irrelevant short of shit .. good thing is if i get out of this situation in takt i m not getting backk ..i smoke a cigarette every 30 minutes or less
 
hey there! opioid withdrawal sucks. for sure. but it ends. - expect to feel REAL weird for two weeks then it'll even out. provided you are not doing more opioids. It sounds like youve been doing a bit of trauma masking with the opioids. Pretty common(have done it myself),
I would strongly recommend getting into some kind of therapy process, eating well, as much as you can do for sleep.

The important part is : it will get better if you do not do more kratom/opioids

i had a bad time withdrawing from alcohol on lsd... i took a lot, but seems kind of sketchy. i assume any psychedelic is going to be the same. i did a line of coke on 2cb or 2ci i forget, but i didn't really enjoy it after the first hour or so..

yeah man! LSD has powerful pushes at nad+ and glutamate! terrible choice for ethanol withdrawal. im glad you're ok!
 
Hey there, I'm there with ya, high amounts of kratom on my side here. Cdin said it well. Kratom is an odd one to come off of as well, but trust me, I promise you, each and every day it's just that much better. You'll feel off slightly still, as cdin said for a couple weeks, but check in with us on friday, I promise you, you'll be already %80 through of the absolutely tough stuff by then.

What snafu said about agmatine, and BSO, are two awesome supplements too.

Kratom is absolute hell to come off of, but absolutely worth it. It acts on too many receptors where it kinda just dulls things for you, where withdrawal after a while, seems better than just maintaining that habit.
 
I dont want to get gabapentin or lyrica i just run out of hash and now i got nothing to get my head off this situation ...i can do nothing but sit there and suffer ..magnesium doesn't do shit ,surfing the internet makes me more depressed ..i just want this thread to be the last i do as an addict asking for help and searching for withdrawal relief .

I concur with this and double down particularly on the Black Seed Oil. That stuff made the difference and made it possible for me to quit both heroin and kratom. Just be mindful that kratom withdrawal can be prolonged, hang on tight, try and establish a workout routine, pick up old/new hobbies and find a better way to spend your time, and stick with it. It will get better.

I'd be careful with the DXM though mentioned, low dose of DXM like you had a flu, would be slightly beneficial (anecdotally). NMDA antagonists in my experience especially that, has made it a lot easier on tolerance in tapering off of the stuff with kratom.

But I wouldn't do it for long term, or higher dose than what you'd take for a flu. And as a other note, heads up agmatine too is NMDA, mixing all of that, could certainly make ya feel dissociated, and worsen that aspect and other aspects of withdrawal for quite a few people I know, so I'd honestly recommend taking agmatine separately if you choose what Snafu says.

i dont know that i ever made a comprehensive thread. maybe i should! It's just random pop in comments all over the opioid forums where I'm like "black seed and nalt'll fix that " to varying degrees of explanation.
 
Black seed oil..i had one spoon full of that yesterday morning plus another spoon of cannabis oil .. i cant stand the taste ..anyhow i feel much better now , psychotic symptoms gone , depression almost gone , energy almost restored , nerve problems also..healing ...this was many years using opiates and never going through a certain point in my attempts to recover ..addiction literally takes all u got to get through

Oh wow, look at that too, you made it to friday, it's already almost the next week! You're almost out of those woods.

You are almost there, keep runnin' don't look back. Feel better though to actually feel something than to be numbed the crap out with kratom though, does it?

Check in monday, with symptoms, I promise you, you're already %80 there.
