I know you dont need one for Oxy unless you get precribed it more then 2 months but for xanax do you need one straight away like the first script you get. And why if oxy is much more lethal then xanax and more addictive. Can someone please explain this properly to me someone with lots of knowledge

oxy is more lethal than Xanax it taken in very high doses and and taken on there own. mix the 2 and you have to be very careful wit Overdose.

Yes, mixing depressants is unsafe. I don't know what you're referring to when you say 'more lethal', but taking 60mg of Oxycodone pales in comparison to taking 60mg of Alprazolam.
