Seeing as alot of us strive to get pills $5 or $10 cheaper - it makes the same sense to know how to make the most of them.
After a 1/2 hr or so when I can just begin to feel my pill blow up i often get the urge to go to the toilet and .........how can i put this nicely.... do a very gastric number two. I think the same problem arises when shelving.
Is it that the mdma has already been metabolised and the waste products are ready to take the plunge? Is it a wasting some of your roll to go to the toilet, if so how long should you wait? Also what are the consequences of urinating?
 
Yeah I get this often as well, so I make sure to do the 2 before I leave home and roll =). Also have a big drink and take a piss before I roll too, then only sip tiny amounts until I peak and start dancing.
I tried the grapefruit juice strategy (it neutralises an enzyme in your stomach that metabolizes mdma) and it seems to work, so I basically drink a couple of glasses of that then eat a few quick-eze to stop the stomach getting too sour.
 
When rolling and you have the urge to urinate - do it.
I'm pretty sure that mdma suppresses your urge to go when you are rolling. A always try to go every few hours at least - and sometimes its really hard to get started. At least it is for me.

On the weekend i was 0/10 attempts at the urinal.....if you can go enjoy it, savour it...i am jealous!

definitely urinate if you feel the urge. always try to urinate even if you DON'T feel the urge. if you're drinking a lot of water (as you should be!), you've got to get rid of it or it can be equally as dangerous as dehydrating (something about saturation -- I don't quite know the details)
anecdote: my sister was at a bush doof with a friend who took an e. on the way back, the friend is sitting there absolutely GREEN, stomach badly bloated. my sister makes her get out of the car and tells her to do a wee (she hadn't gone to the toilet all night, had just been drinking water)... they wait there for ages, she has to grab a bottle of water and run it in front of her, etc., all the tricks, heh. in the end she had to stick her fingers down her throat, spewed up a huge lot of water and felt much better for it.
um... but then, that could've been dramatised to scare her little sister. each time we go out and i take a pill it's always 'have you been to the toilet? go to the toilet...'
hah.
 
That's not entirely true...you see, MDMA prevents teh kidneys from passing the water into your bladder. They no nongler fuction properly (trhat's why MDMA=bad for kidneys) and going you can only go to the toilet once the bladder is full. The kidneys will keep filling the bladder with urine, so going to the toilet will only empty the bladder...yes it will make you feel better because of loss of pressure, but it won't take the danger of drinking too much water away.
Anyway, the question being whether or not it is better to wait before pissing, the answer is no. You can't absorb through your bladder. Logic says that if it did, all of the waste and salts that your kidneys filtered out will go back into the bloodstream. And about the other, I don't believe that there is a large percentage of MDMA excreted through the large intestines. You are better off just relieving yourself, because it feels better anyway, and if you get a really strong E, it might prevent you shitting yourself.

remember as well that as far as the number 2s go what u r getting rid of has been digesting for 24 hrs or something, ur getting rid up yesterdays dinner or something like that not the pill u have only just had.
 
yeah if you can pee do! elliven and I had a pretty hectic night out a while back now, lots of speed, lots of pills etc... anyway niether of us really had the urge to pee much during the night. It was only when we were in the car driving home through the city that our bladders regained conciousness, so at ten o'clock on a friday morning melbourne business people would have seen a car carrying two scattered ravers screech to a holt somewhere near spencer street then seen the occupants leap out of the car and head for the nearest bush.....ahhhhh the joy of public urination

I have the same problem as you eds, I never need to go during the night, but as soon as your are in the car.......!
Being a girl, I cant just get out and pee in public either (or wont, not wanting to be publicly humiliated!)
A while back after a VERY big night, me and the only other girl in our group were driving home, when much to the amusement of our male counterparts we both stated at almost the identical moment, that if we didn't pee soon, we would wet our pants. Not being able to find a public toilet was excrutiating - I think next time I will content to squat behind a bush!

Well, that was the plan, but for some reason the way back from the city to my house is devoid of all Maccas, KFC's, servos with dunnys etc.!!!
And motorways are supposed to make life easier......

funny, i never seem to have any trouble going to the toiley... well, it takes a short time to get started, but then its clear sailing
