Was this methylone?

So one time, my friend gave me something saying it got sold to him as methylone. He put a teeny tiny crystal under my tongue, and before it was even finished dissolving, it hits me. I get hot, and can't stop moving my body. I was tweaking the heck out, and it was very overwhelming. I had absolutely no appetite, and felt sick. No euphoria though. The experience lasted a very short time, probably about an hour. I had a comedown very similar to my vyvanse comedown. The substance was a clear crystal, and it made my under tongue area numb. Can this be methylone? Does it feel like this if you do it under the tongue?
