Opioids Was this an artery shot? URGENT

I shot up in the crook of my elbow, same spot as 2 min ago, and all of a sudden I had a huge reaction all along my arm. It's still swollen. It's the exact reaction as a missed shot, but super sudden. The blood was dark and the flow was slow so I don't get it. WTF do I have to go to ER now??
 
did the needle slip at all while injecting, how swollen is it?
if it was me i wouldnt worry to much, unless the swelling doesnt go down in a few hours
 
Yeah it slipped...right after my arm got insta-swollen. Never happened like that. Hand is still swollen quote a bit
 
well probably what happend is you just missed part of your shot. it will go away eventualy
 
if you are worried go to the ER. There is nothing we can tell you to make you feel better.
