I recently came into possession of a large amount of 2ci. And when would take it it would last about 8 hours (oral) which is standard for 2ci. But the last time I took 40mg at an all day electronic festival, I took 20 then about an hour and a half later took another 20, not only did I have a crazy intense trip but it lasted 17 FUCKING HOURS. Now I'm not complaining I loved it but when I got home from 10 hours of raving I desperately wanted to go to sleep but I couldn't cause I was still tripping reallly hard and was hearing voices talking to me and shot. What made this trip last so long? I was thinking it was the higher dosage, but some friends that I gave the stuff to said they tripped for 17 hours aswell of only 20mg. So thoughts?

Yes of course it was doing 40 mg in 2 separated does like that. 25 is standard and about the perfect amount, in one dose. 40 no matter if you do it in 2 stages is gonna be VERY strong. You got exactly what is to be expected. And one should always have a valium or xanax or other relaxant available for when you just want to knock yourself out and sleep, especially with something as speedy as 2C-I.

17 hours on 20mg is not necessarily out of the question... a little long but not that strange. It can takej 1.5-2 hours to reach peak/plateau... which can then last 4-5 hours, then SLOWLY wind down over another 3 hours, so there's 10 right there. Add a sensitivity to it, or maybe some other stimulants, and it could easily last that long.

Yeah that's what I thought, thanks for the tip on the Xanax I didn't think about that. And yeah 40mg was crazy as fuck one of the best days of my life identity festival 2011
