I've had a cold for 3-4 days now; sinus problems, cough, sore throat etc.

2 days ago I snorted coke for the first time, it was a great day had tons of fun but that's another story %) I snorted 150 mg at 3 pm and partied until 1 am smoking blunts at 4, 6 and 9 o'clock.
Yesterday was the worst day of my cold but I also had a short temper, really bad anxiety, felt 100% drained of energy, and my brain wasn't really functioning too well (i.e. I felt 'slow' all day - I don't really know how to explain it). It was a really bad day.

Was it the coke? Or was it probably my cold, or something else. I don't plan on doing coke often because after snorting it I realize why people get addicted to it but if I'm going to experience this everytime the day after I probably won't do it at all. I know that 150 mg wasn't a huge dose or anything but as I've only smoked cocaine mixed with weed in blunts before which is a different experience than snorting it I wanted to start off small

"The day after" is the reason why I stopped doing cocaine... ever... years ago. You could offer it to me for free and I'd just say "no thanks." I really enjoyed it while I was doing it, but I was always INCREDIBLY miserable, cranky, sick and awful feeling the next day.

That being said, doing coke with a cold probably wasn't the best idea to begin with though. Your body is already under stress from the cold and coke sure isn't doing anything *good* for your body and immune system, so that definitly could have alot to do with it.

All I know is it *always* made me feel *awful*... so, for me, it just wasn't worth it to do it.

I'll probably try it again in a few weeks but if I have another "day after" like I did yesterday I don't think I'll ever take it again. Yeah, it was fun as hell, but it's bad for your brain already and now this.. blegh.

Incidentally, alot of people say the quality of the cocaine makes a huge difference with the comedown and the next day, as well.

But, like I said, for me it was perpetually a terribly awful really bad next day. So either I never got decent shit all the many times I did it, or my body just really felt the need to make it clear it did NOT like what I had done to it the night before.

Coke can lower the immune system; which is probly why it happend.

One time when I had a cold that was starting to get better; I did some coke and it got worse again.

Yeah, coke feels great for awhile, but it just isn't worth it. I found the crash sucked even on excellent cocaine.

sounds like a mixture of both the cold and the cocaine.

the day after cocaine is exactly how you (the OP) described, only yours was worsened by the cold.
