yesterday around like 9 am i dropped a tab and i came home from work (im currently living with her bc of financial issues) and i couldnt have her find out i was tripping so to seem alert kinda i took 20 mg of adderall. and i thought about an hour went by but it was only five minutes and so i took about 100mg, so 120mg in total. an hour later i went to a special gym and i was flying through the workout they had us do. but now i havent slept since about 5:30 am yesterday morning and my heart keeps pounding hard and fast and earlier i had a really rapid heart beat. and all day every time i stand up from sitting or laying down i get so dizzy and lightheaded my vision turns white and i cant function. is this being caused by the adderall? and will it go away?

go to sleep. Eat a nutritious meal. Don't take any more adderall or acid or anything that will keep you up. you'll probably be fine just don't do crazy workouts on high doses of amphetamine, and definitely don't add acid to the mix.

Your deprived of sleep and coming down from adderall. My advice is to drink plenty of water, eat some food, take some magnesium and a multi-vitamin, and if possible take a benzo and get some sleep. I get dizzy and rather faint on the comedown of amphetamines and a nap usually takes care of it. You keep up with this escapade and you'll start heading into psychosis territory which is no fun. Just try and get some rest..

i cant sleep right now, but ill make myself something good and make sure i have a full water bottle at all times

Make sure you get to sleep as soon as possible, once your up for days at a time your mind starts playing tricks on you and you'll enter amphetamine psychosis which is not very fun from personal experience 8). Benzodiazapenes will put you to rest and bring your heartrate down as will Z-drugs like ambien and sonata. Some natural sleep aids are valerian root and kava. I would avoid antihistamines like benadryl and the like as they increase the likelyhood of psychosis and increase MY HR, YMMV.

You just need to wait it out, eventually you will be able to sleep.

Have a light meal and something to drink and just lay down and listen to some chilled out music and try to rest. Even if you just lay down for a while it will eventually make you feel better.

If the effects feel worrying or sleep deprivation starts making you feel really out of it, I'd take something like a benzo (such as Valium).
If the after-effects only feel uncomfortable it may be better to just ride it out.

Try liquid food such as a shake, get some carbs in you. Indeed lay down like sekio says and try to relax and get some strain off those cramped muscles.
Drink plenty of water, it is easy to get dehydrated - lots of sweating and pissing..

After all this, take some time to rest and eat well to catch up again so to speak.

Good luck :) It will be alright.

* Moving this to BDD as it is not psychedelics related.*

After a while (in this case a few days), realize you will only find a moved thread at it's destination. In this case Basic Drug Discussion.

Try sipping on a warm cup of milk or tea, relaxing, and read a book or listen to some music in a dimly lit room. IIRC your body releases melatonin in dark environments so it tells your body it's time for rest.

What always concerns me the most is the physical heart related feelings the comedown can cause, like that physical weakness and dizziness when you move and that skip a beat pressure/pain in your chest as if your heart is under heavy strain and hurts a little even with some basic movement or activity. Heart related stuff often feels the most like a real issue or physical concern of some kind and is much more difficult to explain away with the usual anxiety/SNS stim comedown reasoning.

I always worry my heart is going to give out even though I understand this is very unlikely and OD health issues or deaths are usually brain related with seizures and stuff occurring before you heart would be at any risk?

Eating and water and vitamins helps a ton though with physical symptoms of a few days binge but nothing besides sleep will fix the mental side effects
