Was Hoping someone could tell me what I took....

I hate having to do this as I hate taking pills and not knowing what it is (with almost 100% certainty). I thought I was taking Mephedrone, but the side-effects have been completely different than anything I have experienced in the past. It has been basically 6 hours since I have taken the pill and while I do not feel necessarily high any-more, I cannot pee without forcing it out with all my energy (even then it still has difficulty) and I still can't sleep. There is no way this is Mephedrone if it as lasted in my system for over 6 hours and still affecting my body. Was hoping someone could tell me, what the hell this is, if that was possible.
